Once your order is processed and dropped off to our carrier (USPS), there will be no returns or refunds on those items! When your package is handed over to our carrier (USPS), Skinature Inc. is not responsible for any damaged, missing or late packages! If your lost package is returned to Skinature Inc. for any reason, there will be no refund on shipping cost.
